11-08-07 --  IKEA is set for their Grand Opening scheduled for 11-14-07.  Our offices are located within a quarter mile from the IKEA building (we can see it from our location).  This opening will bring IKEA's presence to the Florida market (previously Atlanta, GA was the closest IKEA).  The newest IKEA building is situated next to the Millenia Mall, which has brought a strong Commercial presence to the John Young to Kirkman corridor.
